What makes your product worth it is the customer service. I dealt with Amy Lee. There was no stupid questions for her. She respected the fact that sometimes I would be lost. I would call her and never once did she get frustrated (that showed on the phone) when she had shown me the tasks before and I sometimes would just get stuck. I previously had signed into Dunn and Bradstreet. They had poor customer service and their platform was not user friendly. I had more access to things that Infinity Intellectuals offered. It was worth to me to have people on the other end to help. Thank you, Hal Harris
